Terms and Conditions
MUKO Glass manages an e-commerce platform on www.muko-glass.com, allowing customers to place orders for various goods (hereinafter referred to as the “webshop”). Please note that all transactions made through this webshop are subject to the following general terms and conditions of business and use. Any differing terms and conditions presented by the customer will not be recognized by MUKO Glass, unless mutually agreed upon in writing. The owner of the domain www.muko-glass.com is Theresa Haas.
Ordering and Delivery Terms
Orders are exclusively accepted from customers who are of legal age.
Upon clicking the “Submit Order” button at the end of the checkout process, a customer confirms a binding order for the items in their shopping cart. An order acknowledgment is promptly issued by MUKO Glass, initially displayed on the screen and subsequently sent via email.
A contract for goods delivery is only established upon explicit acceptance of the order by MUKO Glass or the actual shipment of the goods.
Product Characteristics
All products are handmade. As a result, slight variations in dimensions, shape, and colour of the glass are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
For bulk orders, products are grouped and matched as accurately as possible according to the customer’s specifications.
Please bear in mind that the depiction of colors may vary due to individual computer screen calibration and settings. MUKO Glass is not accountable for such discrepancies.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers possess the statutory right of withdrawal, as detailed in the return policy.
Pricing, Shipping Costs, and Delivery
All prices posted on the webshop are final prices in Euros.
Shipping costs are subject to adjustments and contingent upon the ordered items and selected payment method. Prior to confirming an order, the shipping costs will be communicated to the customer.
Payments
Payments can be made through credit cards, instant transfers, or in-person cash transactions. MUKO Glass strongly recommends customers refrain from emailing credit card or bank details, using secure pages within the webshop designated for this purpose.
Ownership Retention
Goods delivered remain the property of MUKO Glass until the complete payment of the ordered items has been received.
