Free in-person pick up is possible in Schärding or in Vienna – please contact me before making a purchase to confirm if the items are available at the preferred location.
For international shipments, customs fees, taxes, and other charges may apply, which are not included in the total price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return Policy
I want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase from MUKO Glass. However, if you need to make a return for any reason, please find the return policy below.
Return Period
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 business days of receiving the goods. Please note that this applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be in unused and unaltered condition and returned in their original packaging. Before returning an item, please contact me via email to initiate the return process.
Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For safety reasons, I recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service to return the item. MUKO Glass is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
Processing Returns
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will send you a confirmation email. If your return is eligible, the refund will be processed automatically within 14 days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs, customs, taxes, and other incurred shipping or import fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds.

Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive damaged goods, please inform me via email within 48 hours of receipt. Please include a photo of the damaged item, clearly showing both the damaged piece and the packaging. I will process your concern as soon as possible and assist you further.
No Returns for Custom-Made Products
Products that have been custom-made to your specifications or tailored to your personal needs cannot be returned.
